• The following rates are based on a regular visit with one cleaning professional working. The client would be responsible for providing equipment and supplies. 4 hour minimum.

                                                     

                                       Home  Cleaning:    $37.00 per hour plus HST   

                                       

                                       Office  Cleaning:    $37.00 per hour plus HST

                                       

                                       Deep   Cleaning:    After Construction $45.00 per hour plus HST

                                                                                                                                                                                                                               

                                                                                                   

                                

• Rates for occasional cleaning, including move-out and move-in will vary.

• Extra will be charged for clients who may require the supply of cleaning equipment and/or materials.

• Weekend fees are $20.00 extra added to your total.

• 12 hours notice is required for a cancellation. Otherwise a $50.00 cancellation fee applies.
